Today was our last day in Reykjavik. We bad a bit of a lie-in to get a little extra sleep for the next day’s early start.

It was a bit of an easy day, which was mostly spent packing and lazing around. However, we did make a trip to the local swimming pool (which was free for Scouts!). The pool was great and had a slide, a steambath, four different temperature hot tubs, a cool bath (at 6°C), an assault course, and a crazy golf course! Something that we’ve learnt from this trip is that the Icelandics certainly like their swimming pools!

We then went out for some food and had some hot dogs (because some travel guide suggested it) and pizza.

Katie and I then headed to the coast, where we had a nice walk and created some new rock piles!
