Today, we had a very well-welcomed lie-in until 9:30. It was a very cold night, but it wasn’t a problem as the Australian contingent leader needed a tent for the night, so he shared my ‘two-man’ tent with me.

We had a pretty calm morning packing down all of the equipment, but we managed to have a patrol leaders’ meeting to sort a few things. We got on the bus at around 14:00, and headed to Althingi (the main site)!

We set up camp in our new spot, and then I headed off to a meeting about the activities for tomorrow’s International Day — which is to include a game of Quidditch!

We had the opening ceremony which featured a lot of music and dancing. It was absolutely fantastic!

So overall, a busy day with nothing particularly interesting. However, tomorrow will be different!
